Ultra trail running
Ultra trail running has become one of my favourite ways to challenge myself, physically and mentally. It’s not just about distance or elevation — it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and dealing with whatever the trail throws at you. It keeps me focused, clears my head, and helps me stay sharp — both in training and in the rest of my life.
